I love Body Basics. I’m 74 and feel fabulous a lot due to the functional training I get twice a week from my trainer at BB. My workouts are geared to improving strength, flexibility, core and balance. Programs change periodically to keep workouts interesting and meet my needs. I started at Body Basics about 7 years ago because I wanted to build strength, flexibility and improve balance. I've gotten that and so much more! My trainer has helped me set my fitness goals by designing a personalized program (adjusting to account for injuries) and then holds me accountable to achieving them! But beyond that, I love the social aspect of working out at Body Basics. While my body is getting healthier, so is my spirit.
